The new economic crisis: a regional projection

The economic situation in Russia continues to worsen because of multiple factors. Analysis of the economic situation of the Arkhangelsk region 1999-2015 reveals an earlier manifestation of the negative effects of the economic recession. Currently, the crisis is manifesting itself in the reduction of investment, increase in unemployment rates, fluctuations of prices for some industrial products. Also the forecast for the end of the year 2015 and for 2016 is not encouraging.
