A new method for surgical treatment of patients with halluх valgus using mini-devices for external fixation

The authors propose a technique of surgical correction of this pathology with making osteotomy of the first metatarsal bone and its fixation with a mini-device of original design for external fixation. Such an approach provides the reduction of rehabilitation period, the decrease of the risks of complications and deformity recurrences.
