New method for surgical treatment of diffusive distal coronarosclerosis

The improvement of a method of myocardium indirect revascularization for IHD surgical correction of patients with the distal form of coronary chanell injury and X syndrome, is the purpose of investigation. To intensity the vasculargenesis processes after о mentocardiopexy treatment, the cardiosynchronized electrostimulationof an epipericardial zone by the specially developed divice has been used. During 1991-1998, 26 operations of IHD patients with high-functional classes stenocardia, resistant to medicamental therapy, had been carried out. The distant (remote) results up to б years have been studied. Tolerance to the load at veloergometric probe was increased from 48,3+8,6 Volt up to 85,6+12,2 Volt. An appearing defects of myocardium perfusion at 199T1 scintigraphy were decreased from 16,3+3,5 % down to 5,4 %. The stenocardia fundional class has been reduced clinically in all cases of disease. Thus, we consider that the suggested method such as an electrostimulation omentocardiopexy, can be clinically used to treate the diffusive distal coronarosclerosis, when the other methods of treatment are impossible or uniffective.
