The paper explores an issue relating to the Poltse archaeological culture which is very relevant today. Largescale excavations of the new sites dating to the 1st millennium BC - 4th century AD in Primorye made it possible to single out unique traits typical of this culture and trace the process of Poltse population assimilation with the Krounovka population. This paper introduces into scientific discourse materials of the White Sands settlement, which is a new archaeological heritage site. The analysis of fortification, building construction and ceramics from this one-layer site revealed characteristics of two archaeological cultures dating to the Iron Age. According to the analysis, this settlement, probably, characterizes the syncretism of two archaeological cultures, i. e. Poltse and Mohe (Malgal, or Mogher).
