The aim of the work was to create the competitive variety of essential-oil rose with high yield of concrete, adapted to the conditions of the Crimea. Investigations were carried out in 2011-2015 in "The Research Institute of Agriculture of the Crimea". The common methods for cultivation and evaluation of field experiments (agrotechnics and breeding of essential-oil crops) have been used in the work. A sample G-122 was developed as a result of long-term breeding. During of the competitive variety trial, totally for five years, its yield of flowers significantly exceeded the same of both controls (17.88 t per ha) - varieties Lan (on 6.89 t per ha) and Lada (on 5.43 t per ha). In average for all years of study the mass fraction of the concrete in the raw material of this sample was 0.211%, and totally for five years the yield of concrete was 40.54 kg per ha, which is more than the best control Lada on 11.73 kg. It was established that the yield of flowers substantially independent from the age of plant and directly proportional increases with other traits of plant productivity during the full plants fruiting.
