The work deals with the actual problem of the hip degenerative process treatment by surgical methods, and a new technique of the hip osteoplastic correction is proposed which is performed without disturbing the proximal femur anatomy and changing the neck-shaft angle and which allows to change static loading, blood supply, innervation and results in pain syndrome release, in the improvement of limb function and patient's movement
