Moral and aesthetic education of young people with the help of film facilities: provincial cinema clubs

The article analyzes the work of the movie clubs in Ulyanovsk (a multinational Volga region city, 624 thousand inhabitants, the administrative center of the Ulyanovsk region). The specificity of the cinema club in the provincial city is determined as an important component of media education and a means of creative development of the youth. Based on the analysis of literature on the subject of research and the activities of the city cinema clubs, the authors propose a model, the following of which the organizers of the film clubs may provide the moral and aesthetic education.
