Moral and psychological aspects of interrogation with the participation of minors

Within the framework of this article, the key psychological aspects, features of the production of individual investigative actions involving minors, minors are considered and analyzed. The paper investigates the crime rate among this category of persons, examines the moral and ethical rules for conducting investigative measures against them. In addition, this scientific article highlights the features of the structure, the formation of the psyche of minors, minors, and analyzes its impact on the process of implementing investigative and operational tasks.
