The moral values in social reality: the dichotomy of choice of training aims in contemporary educational practice

The article presents issues, which are related to the updating the process of moral training of the children and the youth in the period of modernization of the national education system; it is emphasized that this issue is assuming the special importance in the conditions of global transformation of all life sphere, virtually, in the dynamics of socio-cultural processes, which are affecting on the moral values system of maturing human and its referent surroundings. This article discusses methodological approaches to the understanding of the issue of the dialectics of moral values, aims, contents and technologies of training process in the broader educational practice; there are substantiated approaches of enhancing the efficiency of moral training in an education institution, approaches of minimization of social risks and threats, which are destructively influencing on value-normative sphere of spiritual and moral in culture and education.
