Moral bases of activity of law enforcement bodies of internal affairs in Russia

This article discusses the important aspects of the moral bases of law enforcement activity, necessity of development of moral culture at law enforcement personnel. The author points out the special role of culture and morality in the law enforcement activities in general, and also examines the levels of cultural development, representing the totality of the moral consciousness, moral senses and moral behavior.
