This article analyzes the problem of vocational training of teachers dealing with migrant children. This analysis compares the features of the training process of Russian and German teachers in present multicultural society. A special attention is paid to the development and design of cross-cultural competence of a teacher on the ground of cross-cultural pedagogics.
