On the basics of the non-classical linguistics

The paper discusses and justifies the basic epistemological and methodological statements of non-classical linguistics. The main statement is the conception of language as an open system of processes of different nature, not reducible to the same laws. The language is characterized as an open self-organizing heterogeneous system of systems of processes as well as a personal-social continuum of various linguistic phenomena.
