On bibliographic language as evolutionary developing artificial formation

In the paper the composition, structure, features, functions, peculiarities and potentials of bibliographic language in the context of the anthropo-semiotic synthetic approach, P.L. Garvin’s descriptive model of natural language, the approach from bottom upwards and the approach from top to bottom, have been revealed.
