On targets for supervisory production

Article states changes of purposes of supervising production in the judicial system of Russia. The reasons of these changes reveal. The expediency is proved to ra ise a role of judicial acts of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in formation of unity of practice in courts of law and arbitration courts.
