The paper presents a mathematical model and the results of numerical calculations for determining the basic physical parameters of the effects in the transfer process and the diffusion of aerosol emissions in the atmosphere for the purpose of research, forecasting and decision-making. In deriving the mathematical model of the object of study these main parameters is taken into account: the change of speed and wind direction with time; absorption coefficient of aerosol particles in the atmosphere; power and coordinate of sources of emissions of harmful substances as well as a significant parameter - the topography of the region, etc. The article gives a detailed overview of references related to the problem of mathematical modeling and computational experiment of the transfer process and the diffusion of harmful substances. The paper presents the results of numerical calculations in the form of graphics and conclusions associated with it.
