The time period was not chosen by chance, the activity is analyzed during the coronavirus pandemic, which has become a new challenge for all mankind and a kind of catalyst for the international community to enter the era of “uncertainty”. Thanks to a deep analysis of international experience, we can talk about the existence of a large number of problems and contradictions, which are acquiring completely new forms under the influence of the “coronacrisis”.
