On the Local Bodies Activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on the Corruption Prevention (on the Example of the Republic of Bashkortostan)

Basing on the example of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Bashkortostan, the main directions of anti‐corruption work have been disclosed: the essence of anti‐corruption expertise of normative legal acts as a way of prevention of corruption manifestations has been defined, the status of an independent expert authorized to conduct anti‐corruption expertise, as well as the need to involve more people in preventive anti‐corruption activities.
