Diversity and unity as features of social organization

The article discusses the concepts of "diversity" and "unity" as features of social organization. It is noted, that the large-scale combination of diversity and unity is achievable, since these criteria are not strictly alternative, they are a prerequisite of the stability and dynamism of the social organization. The author considers nine value aspects of social organization's diversity and six value aspects of its unity.
