About factors affecting the state of recurrent criminality in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking

The article considers such factors affecting recurrent criminality as involvement of foreign citizens and ethnic diaspora into drug dealing, negative practice of parole for persons being imprisoned, lack of the system of reliable social guarantees, difficulties in labour and living arrangement for persons released from prison, liberalization of criminal legislation. The author comes to the conclusion on the importance of establishment of integrated system of medical and social rehabilitation for persons suffering from drug addiction.
