The phenomenon of the import of democracy

Realizing fully that the phenomenon of “import of democracy” is worthy of a separate study, we have to state: without an understanding of the violent implementation of democratic values ​​of political threats to the existence of the modern Russian political elite arising from the spread of the practice of the rapid transition from one ideology to another. Let us express a hypothesis that the concept of “sovereign democracy” largely reflects the desire of the Russian elite to hold an ideological division between ideologically close foreign democratic regimes and ideological opponents of the course chosen by the country's leadership, as well as a desire to create ideological conditions for opposing the ruling party and its political opponents . In this case, if we consider “political” as a criterion for defining “friends” and “enemies” 1, then this will allow us to successfully uncover the essence of economic, cultural, social and group relations on the international stage, without falling into the trap of methodological chaos
