Bryophyte flora of South-Ural hemiboreal forests includes 113 species, accounting for half of bryophyte diversity of all forests in the the region. The bryophyte composition of investigated communities has an ecotone character and combines the species typical for boreal and nemoral forests, steppes and rock vegetation.
