On the formation of emotional and volitional stability for actions in extreme situations

The main feature of the variant proposed in the article for the formation of emotional and volitional stability of the personnel of the Russian penal system is a specially developed program of targeted effects on defective components and parameters of a holistic action in the appropriate conditions of the organization of regulation of the emotional process, implemented during practical training in tactical and special training.
