On the social peace functions in the labour law

Бесплатный доступ

The functions of the labour law are to meet the socially significant needs of its main subjects - employees and employers. At the same time, the author comes to the conclusion that the labour law is inherent in the function, aimed at meeting the social needs of the state as generalized socially significant needs for society - a function of the social peace. This function is largely characterized by the labour law, despite the fact that the rules of other branches of law, too, affect the creation and maintenance of social peace in the state. This is due to the fact that at the heart of this industry lie the relations based on the use of the hired labour, and it is an essential condition for the development of society and economy. In this connection implementation of the function of the social peace, aimed at meeting the needs of the state, is most effective by means of the labour law.
