About functioning of insular system of pancreas and efficiency of metabolic energy in young cattle at various frequency of feeding

On the bulls-calf of the Kholmogorskaya breed at the period of intensive growing and feeding the authors investigated the influence of various times of feeding on functioning of insular system of pancreas, the thyroxin and triiodothyronine concentrations in blood, the indices of consumption and the use of food energy and the productivity. It was shown, that reaction of bulls-calf insular system during 2-times feeding is higher reliably as compared with 3-times feeding, that is confirmed by more high (on 54,2 and 79,7 %) insulin concentration in blood serum in 1 and 3 hours after food intake. At that the daily average live weight gain rises on 7,6 % (1308 against 1216 g), accumulation of protein and lipids in body - on 19,1 %.
