On guarantees of the rights of workers to fair wages in the modern socio-economic condition

The article deals with some aspects of ensuring the rights of workers to wages. It is argued that despite some improvement in the socio-economic situation in the country, poverty remains the most acute problem for modern Russia. It is concluded that it is necessary to participate in the distribution of the employer's profits in order to increase their motivation for efficient and productive work.
