About state boundary, customs union, contraband and sovereignty

The article considers the analysis of existing situation in law-enforcement practice under qualifying such offenses as smuggling after changing of smuggling term in the legislation of the Russian Federation. The author correlates it with problems of Russia's security, its sovereignty and consequences of international agreements and treaties conclusion, including the Customs union.
