On the progress of the digital economy of the Russian Federation program

Currently, an important direction in the development of the state is the digitalization of the economy. The national program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” is a state platform that allows creating a fundamentally new scheme of relations between business, the state and the scientific community to increase the country's competitiveness on a global level. In this area, a large number of discussions are held and many works are published, which confirms the relevance of the selected topic. This article studies the structure of the national program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” both in general and in the context of federal projects, and also analyzes the effectiveness of implementation. As a result of the study, problems are identified and, accordingly, possible prospects for the further development of the digital economy of the country are considered.
