On the legally significant properties of civil circulation as systems

Proceeding from the understanding of civil circulation as a system, namely a subsystem of society that is identical to the economic sphere, the author addresses the issue of the properties of this system that are significant from the standpoint of its legal regulation. For this purpose, the article attempts to systematize the classification groups (types, classes) of systems distinguished in the general theory of systems, on the basis of which a specific characteristic of the civil circulation system is given. It is concluded that the characterization of civil circulation as a real, dynamic, open, probabilistic, complex, self-organizing system is legally significant.
