The article considers the legal nature of delivering a citizen to a police station while conducting operational-search activity. The author analyzes disadvantages and contradictions of the normative legal regulation concerning this coercive procedure performed by operatives. The author draws the conclusion about the necessity of fixing a special order of the operational-search delivering in the core legislation.
