The soil cover of Tersko-Kumsky lowland differs by great diversity of a natural and anthropogenous origin. For research the dynamic processes which influence on soil diversity, we applied distance methods with subsequent comparison the satellite images with the topographical. Researches have shown that optimal is use both of these two methods what allows to exclude the discrepancies which are taking place at land and space shootings.
