On the classification of types of medical examination for drug intoxication: administrative and legal aspect

The author substantiates the necessity of introducing the unified classification of current types of medical examination for drug intoxication and proposes criteria of such classification. The purpose, the object, the basis, the procedure and legal consequences of each type of medical examination for intoxication are analyzed.
