The article is devoted to the classification of interaction for investigating crimes committed by convicts, released on parole. The аuthor has analyzed the dynamics of recidivism growth among parolees and found out that there is an objective need to systemize theoretical foundations in investigating this group of crimes. The organization of the proper interaction between the subject of investigation and other participants (with agencies and institutions of the penal system in the first place) is the key aspect in investigating crimes committed by convicts, who have been released on parole. A certain variant to classify interaction system, implemented when investigating crimes committed by convicts released on parole, is proposed.
Investigation, convicts, penal system, parole, classification, cooperation, subjects of investigation, recurrent criminality
