About the conception of moral rights of the authors of scientific, literary and artistic works in the part 4 of Civil Code of Russian Federation

The regulation of moral rights of the authors of scientific, literary and artistic works in the part 4 of Civil Code of RF is analyzed. The questions of correspondence of models of the author's moral rights in the part 4 of Civil Code of Russian Federation to the norms of the international law are viewed and comparison of the law regulation of those rights to the existing legislation of RF is examined.
