On the concept of making decisions by the Bank of Russia on the basis of reasoned judgment in the supervision of financial institutions

The article discusses the forms and methods of applying reasoned judgment in the supervision of financial institutions by the Bank of Russia, as well as possible directions for their improvement, which were prepared with the participation of the authors by the Association of Banks of Russia and set forth in the framework of the corresponding concept.
