On the constitutional legislation regulating the constitutional order of Kyrgyzstan

The article analyzes a number of the most important aspects of national legislation, which regulates the constitutional system of the Kyrgyz Republic. The article considers the theoretical provisions on the nature of the Constitution, its fundamental principles, focused on the construction of the rule of law, since this is the essence of the basis of the legal system of the state. The analysis also theoretically differentiates the provisions on the principle of the sovereignty of the people in Soviet constitutional practice and at the current stage in the Kyrgyz Republic.
