On correction of behavior of persons who committed domestic violence: in the context of education of the personnel of the internal affairs agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article examines the legal paradigm of protecting human and citizen rights in the Kyrgyz Republic from such a type of violence as domestic violence. Identifying the normative legal provisions of national legal acts regulating the relationship between people in relation to the subject area under study, the author draws direct attention to the relevance of implementing the entire set of necessary measures aimed at implementing a correctional program to change violent behavior for individuals who have committed domestic violence. According to the author, in order to understand the significance of these measures and the degree of participation in their practical application of national internal affairs agencies, it is important and necessary to organize systematic educational work in this area with the personnel of the said law enforcement agency.
