On the adjustment of the monetary policy of the Russian Federation in the years of instability of the economy

The article examines a specific set of external and internal economic aspects that the Central Bank of the Russian Federation had to take into account, as well as some aspects of its monetary policy and how the rise after the fall of the years of severe crisis occurred, how the problems arising from the restructuring of the external environment were overcome.
