To the issue about the criminalistic model of crimes committed against advenal persons

The article is devoted to characteristics of the criminalistic model for crimes committed against advenal persons. According to the author's opinion, an advenal person is a person who has ethnic differences from a representative of the native Russian macroethnos (irrespective of citizenship), that affect committing of criminal offences or violent crimes with a lucrative impulse against an advenal person. The criminalistic model of crimes committed against advenal persons is a scientific abstraction created on the basis of research and analysis of regularities for criminal activity, the mechanism of crime, personal characteristics of the advenal person. The main purpose of the criminalistic model for crimes committed against advenal persons is to create an information basis for developing the most effective ways to detect, investigate and prevent crimes committed against advenal persons.
