About metabolism in broiler-chicken in connection with selenium content in their ration

The authors investigated the effect of addition of organic and inorganic selenium compounds to ration of chicken of the Cornish breed of the A-6 line of the Smena-4 cross on growth intensity, consumption and conversion of feed, content and composition of amino acids in liver. It was shown, that content in ration of sodium selenit and preparation of «Selplex» in dose 0,2 mg/kg promote to the increase of chicken live weight and the change of amino acids content in liver.
