On methods of legal regulation of telecommunication relations

The author accents attention to an aggravation of questions of legal regulation in conditions of modern crisis and offers a new technological method of legal regulation of telecommunication relations on consideration. The method, in opinion of the author, has raised dynamics, an opportunity to model change of conditions to provide a sequence of the certain actions, definiteness of result, has other qualities. The author does not hasten to do the final conclusion about productivity of a technological method for regulation of telecommunication relations, leaving an opportunity to the reader himself to draw a conclusion.
