About the methodology for checking by the prosecutor of criminal cases received for approval of the indemnity on the acquisition, storage, sales and smuggle of timber materials

The article highlights the issues of examination by prosecutors of criminal cases on acquisition, storage, sale and smuggling of timber received for approval of indictment, and considers the problem associated with the complexity of this activity. In order to solve it, the list of issues to be considered in each criminal case is formulated, and the conclusion is made that it is necessary to develop a comprehensive methodology for verification of indictments within the framework of further scientific research.
