About methodology when implementing internal control in the financial and budgetary sector

This article is devoted to the study of the basic foundations for ensuring the process of the activities of the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation, regulating internal state (municipal) financial control. The purpose of the study is to analyze and structure the existing methodological framework for the implementation of the control activities of the Treasury of Russia. As a result, the author presented a grouped methodological base that describes the main aspects of the activities of the Internal State (municipal) financial control through standards, principles and methods.
