This article discusses the experience of different states in the implementation of unmanned vehicles in the field of logistics. The legal features of the use of autonomous vehicles have been studied. The features of the legal regulation of autonomous transport in Russia have been studied. Projects for the introduction of autonomous transport in Russia are considered, options for expanding the possibilities of using unmanned vehicles in Russian logistics are proposed.
