On the model of the institution of particular resolution in the procedure of judicial review of the lawfulness of operational-search activities

In the article, based on the application of the modeling method, the author develops a possible model of the application of the institution of particular resolution in the process of the court’s implementation of activities on judicial review (supervision) of legality in the sphere of operational-search activities. The model of the institution of particular resolution in the procedure of judicial review of lawfulness in the area of the activity under investigation is developed using the comparative jurisprudence method, where the provisions of criminal procedure legislation are considered as the basis of the model.
