On the violation of the environmental rights of citizens of the Russian Federation (on the example of the Chelyabinsk region)

The article is devoted to the study of the causes and conditions that cause violations of the environmental rights of citizens guaranteed byArticle 42 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, on the example of the Chelyabinsk region. The author analyzes the efforts of the authorities to correct the existing situation. Proposals for measures to protect the environmental rights of citizens have been developed.
