On scientific approaches to the development of the new definition of illegal turnover of valuables in criminology

The author examines issues of the onset and formation of a new definition of illegal turnover of valuables in criminology. In the course of his investigation the author analysed the issues of philosophy, philology, civil and criminal law taking into account the specifications of criminology. The given definition is introduced by the author instead of the definition of illegal turnover of precious metals and gems as he considers it more broadly defines criminological type of the above-stated crimes.
