On the introduction of the lawyer monopoly in Russia

In a scientific article, the author raises the problem of introducing a lawyer's monopoly in Russia. The topic chosen for the study is distinguished by an increased level of relevance, since it affects the interests of the legal community, as well as those who seek legal assistance. The author believes that there is no need to introduce a lawyer's monopoly, and proposes to resolve the indicated problem by obligatory confirmation from the person who provides certain legal services, especially in terms of representing interests in court, having a higher legal education, as well as by introducing requirements for experience.
