About the negative consequences of using «clich'es» for judicial acts

The article considers the problem of judicial acts created with the help of «clichés». According to the author, this is a kind of unmotivated judicial acts. The problem is considered using specific examples that served as the basis for the Ruling of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Digitalization has created conditions for the mass use of cliches in the production of judicial acts. According to the author, the verification authorities can and should stop the pseudo-motivation of judicial acts, where, instead of a proper assessment of the evidence and arguments of the parties, the use of cliches is carried out, and not encourage such law enforcement by reproducing such cliches in their judicial acts.
