On some topical issues of notarial actions performance by officials of local self-government in Kyrgyzstan

Research relevance: analysis of issues related to the implementation by officials of local self-government of the right granted to them to perform certain notarial acts is relevant in the Kyrgyz Republic. Research materials and methods: the important functions of the state assigned to the notaries are identified, some articles on individual notarial actions by local authorities enshrined in the Fundamentals of Notaries are considered. Research objectives: determination of the procedure for notarial acts performance by heads of local administrations and specially authorized local self-government officials. Research results: in the course of analysis of violations of current legislation by local government officials in the process of notarial acts, facts of non-compliance with the certifying inscriptions form in the course of notarial acts were revealed. Conclusions: resolving issues of notary services to the population, including organizational, largely depends on the constructive integrated approach of the notary chamber and local governments of the Kyrgyz Republic Ministers Cabinet.
