On some aspects of the activities of the State fire supervision of the EMERCOM of Russia

This article considers the activities of the state fire supervision. The purpose of the study is to analyze the legal framework of the Russian emergencies Ministry in the field of inspections of organizations and citizens. The result of the work was to identify the improvement of the EMERCOM of Russia.
